HERMOSA GUEST HOUSE - COVID-19 up-date of Terms and Conditions

 

COVID-19 SECURE - The AA and Visit England have approved us as "Good to Go" in that we meet all the requirements to make your stay as safe as possible based on our Cleaning Regime and Social Distancing measures.

 

DO NOT TRAVEL IF YOU OR ANY OF YOUR PARTY FROM YOUR HOUSEHOLD OR SOCIAL BUBBLES ARE SHOWING SYPMTOMS OF COVID-19 (please follow the latest government advice)

 

 

  • If guests develop symptoms of COVID-19 or become unwell within 7 days of their arrival date, please ring the Hermosa immediately to discuss re-arranging your stay. No refund will be given.

  • If guests develop symptoms of COVID-19 or become unwell during their stay, government advice will be sort and followed. Guests may be asked to leave immediately to social distance at home. No refund will be given for the remaining days of stay.

  • Hermosa Guest House has put all possible measures in place to ensure your safety and well-being, we accept no responsibility if you become unwell during your stay.

 

WE STRONGLY ADVISE THAT ALL GUESTS HAVE TRAVEL & CANCELLATION INSURANCE.

COVID-19 GUEST INFORMATION WHILST STAYING AT THE HERMOSA

       Guest information – Please read and follow the procedures we have put in place.

  • Please use the hand sanitiser available in the hall on entering the guest house and before entering the dining room.

  • Please be respectful of others maintaining social distance. If you hear someone on the stairs/landing, remain in your doorway until it is safe to leave.

  • Our dining room will be operated on a reduced capacity so no more than three tables are in use at one time. Please adhere to breakfast times allocated

  • All self-service options will be removed until further notice. We will use individually wrapped items such as sauces and cereal packs to reduce shared contact.  

  • We are not servicing rooms daily, however if you need any extras or anything changing please ask us and we will replenish or change whatever you need.

  • If you become unwell with COVID-19 symptoms, inform us immediately, stay in your room and await advice on the correct procedure to keep yourselves and other guests safe.
